They said that is what the game WOULD have looked like if the xbox

Just look for yourself it says
Concept art: Desert Brigade.
Remember the Halo 2 2004 E3 Trailer?
Thats how Halo 2 was going to look like if the Xbox was a bit more powerful.

Actually, that was played live in front of an audience, on an Xbox.

The PSP’s graphics are about as good as the PS2’s it can do just fine. Further more, I can play Halo 2 on my PSP if I had a large enough Memory Stick Duo to hold the game.
You do know that halo 2 could barely run on the xbox. The ps2 isn’t capable of playing halo 2.

If I had a 5 gig memory stick I could play Halo 2 on my PSP, there are emulators that allow you to do that, the PSP stick just has to be big enough and it can play anything. You see it’s not as much about the system as it is the space that you have on the disc, if we could transfer a downloaded copy of Halo 2 to a PS2 CD rom it could be played in a PS2. The system just determines mainly the speed of which the game is processed, all the data is on the disc, so if I put all the data on an external HD for my PSP I could play Halo 2

I think Hombrew made a program that allowes you too use an xbox emulator on your PSP, with an External Hardrive it would be more than possible.
