Whatever it came from, it was probably based off of Wikipedia.

Also I understand that Wiki can be edited, but let’s face it, most if not all of the things that stay on wikipedia are true, if they weren’t then it would be edited by somebody to make it true;
True, but there are people who change things a lot; some articles are so long that a person might not see the mistake in it. For example; the article on Kingdom Hearts II used to say Sora had a die and card form which he doesn’t.

A Part in wikipedia said that GT is canon, and then it was edited. And probably edited pretty quickly because most of the evidence points to GT not being canon;
I was going by what it said when i said it was. Plus, only the writer can classify it as canon or not, though he didn’t as far as i know. Some made the assumption that because there are some contradictions in it, it was noncanon. Anyways, i said it was because at the time wikipedia said it was.

The biggest reason is the fact that Akira Toriyama didn’t have anything to do with the story. It was created by somebody else, yes he approved the Story but that doesn’t make it canon;
Actually, i thought he never approved it from what a lot of people on Superman’s side said. Anyways, i think if the writer approves something, then i don’t see why it shouldn’t be canon.

The Dragonball Z movies were approved by him, but you can’t call them all canon. In fact if I remember correctly only one of the movies can even fit into the Dragonball Z timeline. GT is just like the movies, something created for entertainment not to add to the story. So by saying that GT is canon you must also agree that the movies are canon, which is impossible.

Not quite, and my initial argument stands.

Just about instantly. I once edited a page to make a little joke, and by the time I copy and pasted the link to my friend, re-opened the window and refreshed the page, it was back to normal;

All that aside though, the reason GT should not be considered canon is because of all the inconsistencies;
List some. I can list some from a different series; that series is canon.

throughout the show and its linking (or lack thereof) to the DB/Z series.
