I bought Morrowind for my PC and i want to know how to use the editer.

We’ll, i wanted Oblivion for the pc, but i didn’t have the money and Oblivion would look like a old snes game on my Windows XP, so i bought Morrowind.

We’ll i havge seen some pretty awesome vids and pictures of mods and stuff.

This one dude built a huge city that covered the entire island with infinite draw distance.

I want to do stuff like that!

But i can’t figure out how to use the editer.

I know how to move land, move and transfer items, connect interior cells and out side cells together.

Thats it, i want to learn how to program stuff, make new creatues, create skeletons, make new skins, even add new weapons... maybe a gun!

Can anyone help me?
