Hey guys, I doubt any of you know this but I’m a drummer and I’d like to talk to fellow drummers and other people who play different instruments. My band is doing quite well but I thought I’d introduce something new to moviecodec. Hopefully we can have fun sharing ideas and experiences.

I play the drums and I’m learning guitar soon but I need to buy a cheap guitar first. I’m eclectic so I’m into all kinds of music. My band and I play mostly rock and hard rock but we also have pink floydish things that are very dreamy. We are hoping to get a myspace account up and running and advertise our music and we’re making a demo cd in the near future. I am an alright drummer but I’m getting a nicer drumset soon that will provide a lot more practice for me and yeah.

That’s sweet man. I’d like to learn to play piano too but as for now, I’ll be okay with my drums. We only have three band members including me but one of my guitarists also plays the piano very well.

cool im starting to play piano right now... i had a few guitar lessons, but i decided i would learn that after i know how to play piano... next im going to learn to play the drums

You will but if you don’t practice, you’ll suck ass. Some of the best drummers in the world never took lessons.
