Welcome to the WFC (Wii Fan Club). This is the ultimate haven for Nintendo Wii fans. On this thread you can socialize with other Wii fans, discover new Wii friend codes to add to your address book, post pics/vids/links of Wii, and find other Wii owners to play online compatible Wii games with. This thread is free from ravaging Sony and Microsoft fanboys. So just relax and have fun!

We are also linked to the NFC (Nintendo Fan Club) so be sure to check it out!

We will be counting down the days to the Wii launch while also discussing our ideas about Wii and posting some news about it. Feel free to also discuss upcoming games such as Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess or Super Smash Bros. Brawl. So, yeah. We will be keeping track on how many days left to Wii. Oh, and you might want to consider pre-ordering, seeing as Amazon sold out pre-orders on the first day.

Rules

1. No Nintendo bashing

2. You MUST have at least one Wii unit or are planning to get one to be included in any discussions in this thread

3. You must be registered in order to join

4. If someone comes in unprovoked and starts bashing Wii and insulting members just ignore them, we don’t want this to be a hate thread or lower ourselves to their level

5. If you are a Sony or Microsoft fan you can be a member, as long as you comply with rules 1-3

UPDATE:
I am making it official that after Wii launches we will rename this thread Welcome To The Wii Fan Club. We will also be making a Wii friend code list along with a list of online compatible games that each member owns.

Benefits Of Becoming A Member Of The WFC (Wii Fan club):
1. Being able to post links, pics, and vids of Wii that will be added to the front page
2. Having your Wii console code and nickname added to the list on the front page
3. Having your own list of online compatible games that you own that will also be added to the front page
4. Any photoshopped pics or vids that you have made about Wii will also be added to the front page with your name above it

If you want to be a member just leave a post that requests membership or if you happen to be in the same place as me you can just ask.

If you have a ~ next to your name, then it means you haven’t given your Wii friend code or you don’t own a Wii yet

the wii and nintendo suck
the wii cant play dvd’s,zelda was delayed for the cube, mp3 was delayed till 07, in order to play all the old games on the wii you have buy them (nintendo said that at least their games would be free to download THEY LIED), nintendo wont even be at tgs,plus the original xbox is just as powerful as the wii.

I thought the Gamecube controller was more comfortable than the 360 controller. I’m looking forward to seeing how the Wiimote feels, the nunchaku style can actually give me freedom as to how close or far apart I want each controller hand to be.

Dude you are just a biased microsoft fanboy and why do you even care what nintendo does? I have a gamecube and a Xbox 360 and I like nintendo more but I could care less what place it is in, as long as they make the games I like I am content. Anyways god the day draws ever closer and I cannot wait until nov 19th that day will change gaming history.

HD quality movies and games.

The ability to listen to any song with any 360 game.

The ability to tour, you’r console on with the remote.

You can dowload previews, demos, and arcade games of live.

Many more.
