His only power wasn’t even a power, he was just a master of the martial arts. He’s not inhumanly fast, he’s not inhumanly strong, and he wouldn’t even be able to hit Naruto.
First few scans.
Karate Kid applies for Legion membership, way back in 19 — er — 2966. How best to make an impression? Why, by picking a fight with Superboy, of course! Val generally has the edge on speed and agility, but tires quickly and doesn’t realize he’s not actually hurting Superboy. (In his defense, Kryptonian invulnerability was at its peak in the mid-60’s..Kryptonians could pound on each other all day without doing any actual damage.) Superboy wins handily, but Val gets accepted.

The Legion vs. a bunch of superpowered assassins. Val takes out two at a time with the precisely-aimed halves of a karate-chopped rock.

An asphyxiating Val, seconds from death, finds the flaw in a diamond prison and chops his way out.

Val one-punches a 30th-century tank, knocks down a streetful of Dark Circle soldiers by stomping his feet, and then takes out an attacking enemy aircraft with a crowbar.

Val using Superboy as a practice dummy, and incidentally demonstrating that he’s “master of all forms of hand-to-hand combat known in the thirtieth century," including those with weapons. Since Known Space for this era’s Legion included multiple galaxies, that’s...a lot of combat styles.

Val vs. Don Allen, a descendant of the second Flash. Don’s powers were temporary, but he and his sister Dawn were skilled enough to know Flash’s cyclone-generation and vibrational-intangibility tricks — and fast enough that Superboy “couldn’t lay a hand on him”. Val manages to tag him twice and gets the upper hand — until Dawn steps in, anyway...

Prove it.

Then you’ve got alot of other threads to post in because I’m not the first one to post a thread like this.
the characters in naruto though are literaly impossible though, to move that fast they would have a lot of friction (causing something to light on fire) doing 200 laps at such a young age would cause them to have a heart attack and die from muscle failiure, and ven if they are that strong they would have bigger muscles than mr.universe (or some other really strong guy)

But this isn’t real life... in the real world a person wouldn’t be able to master every style of martial arts, not in a life time at least, and they couldn’t hit the ground and cause a quake. So those rules don’t apply, to either character.
Anywho as far as the fight goes, Karate Kid wouldn’t be able to touch Naruto. Naruto has the Replacement Jutsu which would allow him to switch his body with a log at any time. Further more Naruto could easily use his Mass Shadow Replication jutsu to create anywhere from 1 to 1000 clones of himself easily out numbering Karate Kid. He has his Rasengan which would kill any human it hits if he does it right. (he would have killed Kabuto if it wasn’t for Kabuto’s Kekkie Genkai)
Then we have to add the Kyuubi into the mix, in his level 1 form he was too fast for Sasuke to do anything about untill Sasuke fully developed his Sharingan at which point he was about even with Naruto. When upgraded to the level two Kyuubi Sasuke couldn’t keep up with him untill Sasuke went into his Level 3 cursed seal form.
Naruto’s has hit his level 4 Kyuubi in the manga, in this forum Orochimaru was afraid of Naruto and thought that Naruto was going to kill him. The only reason he didn’t was because Orochimaru got his ass saved when Kabuto interfeared and allowed for Naruto’s sensei to reseal the Kyuubi.
In The level 4 form the chakra that Kyuubi emits is strong enough to burn the skin on contact, prolonged contact with result in the loss of said skin and eventually the loss of everything except the bone. Karate Kid wouldn’t be able to get close enough to attack. The only way to beat the Kyuubi is to seal it away, and the Kid couldn’t do that.

Correct.

Yet Naruto is still hit meaning he doesn’t think about doing it all the time or can’t.
Further more Naruto could easily use his Mass Shadow Replication jutsu to create anywhere from 1 to 1000 clones of himself easily out numbering Karate Kid.
As the scans showed he has experience fighting alot of enemies. Nowhere near a thousand but why would Naruto do that and waste chakra?
He has his Rasengan which would kill any human it hits if he does it right. (he would have killed Kabuto if it wasn’t for Kabuto’s Kekkie Genkai)
Not to sure about this. Need to reget some information on Rasengan.

Naruto characters are fast but slower than Superboy. Val was able to fight Superboy evenly.

Yes but remeber the chakra is also killing him when he goes KN4.
In The level 4 form the chakra that Kyuubi emits is strong enough to burn the skin on contact, prolonged contact with result in the loss of said skin and eventually the loss of everything except the bone. Karate Kid wouldn’t be able to get close enough to attack.
He would and when he sees its hurting himself he would stay away.
The only way to beat the Kyuubi is to seal it away, and the Kid couldn’t do that.
