Another thing moviecodec forums could do with is a Polls forum. A new forum that can only start polls. Of course, all the usual features of an internet poll would be included. But this would come in handy with many debates, topics, comparisons.

Polls forum? How about just adding the option to do a poll onto the post? I mean sure it can be useful for debating and things like that but, the versus topics are spread out to various sections. So I think it’d be better to have a topic like Master Cheif versus Kratos in the games section rather than in a special section dedicated to polls.
The reason why it should be a Polls board devoted to polls is because if a poll icon was put in everyone’s post, it would get too hard to ever find all the polls that exist.
I could start a poll on page 2309, just one little post on that page, where i start a poll, but by the time we move to page 3680 no one will ever find that etc.
instead....the forums should be GAMES, MOVIES/TV, OFF-TOPIC, POLLS, FEEDBACK.
When you enter the polls board, there would be a list of every poll there so at any time everyone can easily find them all.
So, basically, polls are just startable only in the polls board. In the polls board, posts can still be made underneath, like an ongoing discussion. Its just that there would be a poll at the very top of the page.

They do this on Wii60.com. Basically when make a new thread, you get the option to put a poll at the top of the first page. It’s a nice idea and would definetly work in a lot of the threads here.
