you say that rap takes more talent than rock,
but whats commin' outa your mouth is a buncha talk
i know my ryhmes might sound wack to you
but my lyrics I write as an aptitude
The words coming outa my mouth is like an attack on you
cuz you afraid to admit a couple rockers left you black and blue....

I just made that up in like two seconds....
no offence to anybody...I was just showin that its not hard to make a freestyle...I like rap and rock alike, but rock just takes more time to make songs than rap is all im sayin.

bolocks john! The only hard aspect of it is coming up with something on the spot and even that gets easier with practice and reading the dictionary before bedtime.

do one do a fucking rap take all day if you need to fucking take a week i know you would not be able to come up with anything that is worth putting on a cd just try it

I did already, to pass the time, because I was frustrated at people in the rap threads inability to tell the difference between a weapons magazine and a stripper clip. and YOU thought it was pretty good.

'Trigger fingers are more common in women than men. They occur most frequently in people who are between the ages of 40 to 60 years. Trigger fingers are more common in people with certain medical problems such as diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis.'

not actally if you look at lyrics to a rap song vs. a rock song the rap lyrics will often be longer with more rhymes, more poetic in a sense than a rock song

some rock songs (some) have a verse or two and repeat the chorus to much

lol, what about riding dirty? That song has a super repetitive part, They say “Trying to catch me riding dirty” like 37 times.

rock songs are usually written to express something. Thats usually why the chorus is repetitive. It expresses the main idea of the song. the Verses are basically just detail to the main story in chorus.

if you want to get really technical rap and rock are pretty much the same in terms of lyrics and stuff. They’re just sung different.

seriously dude, they really are. Rap was inspired from rock in the first place. Rock is pretty much the father of rap, and like father like son, we should respect each other.

I have not been seeing respect for each other in this thread. I think we should just get along.

I’m only going to reply once. I am in a metal band... I listened to rap all my life until two years ago.(My first metal concert) Now I hate rap. To be honest, I DESPISE RAP. My whole family likes rap and I’ve grown up with black people and rap my whole life. All it took was someone to show me what real music was. Now, with each song I better my life. Fuck all you rappers who think you’ve done something. You haven’t accomplished shit. Life for you is simple, make a rhyme about another rapper, hope for the best. Yea nuff said.
