I know, it might tear f a part of the armor, or he could send samus flying, or she could use it to keep mc in range for super missile shooting

Samus would win.

1st sonic boom doesn’t travel at the speed of sound as soon as it is fired it hits. not time impossible to dodge. And sonic boom alters time.

Chozo blood was infused with hers and that gave here even more resistant to natural things without her suit. And her suit was made by the Chozo who were one of the most technologically Advanced race in the universe.

Yes her missiles will get through MC shields. The jack hammer can kill him in a hit and Samus can fire multiple missiles at a time.

Even without her suit she is dangerous unlike MC. Even though MC saved the world Samus has saved more and she saves them in under a day.

finally her power bombs go through the hardest of armor and if that doesn’t work she can call in her ship to do a bombing run.

You are right about MC being tactical, but not mare tactical. How many puzzles does MC have to solve in any of the Halo games? And how many does S have to solve in the prime series? How many boss fights in the Prime series require a more tactical approach using all weapons at your disposal, whereas MC is more of a just keep shooting and moving with the biggest thing you can find. I just think S would be more tactical based on her prior experience. It would be a good fight though.
