Samus is a lot stronger than the Chief. I’d like to see him tear her armor with a Scarab.

Samus is an enhanced superhuman-chozo girl with a big powersuit with a vast array of weapons to melt, freeze, burn, corrupt, blow up, and tear enemies to shreds. Master Chief is a Halo character with a suit and guns and stuff (but he isn’t as powerful as Samus, albeit very powerful). The Hulk is a cartoon character (who is made of matter, and Samus' screw attack rips matter to shreds, and MC’s weapons can probably melt him or something like that). Therefore:
Samus > Master Chief > The Hulk > Humans > Drawings > Paper > The Hulk.
And that is that. The Hulk is at the bottom of the screwed chain.
