Are you retarded? halo 2 sux on ice compared to the other 3, i played a little bit of fear and it looks awsome, but half life 2 still whoops all of their asses, and doom 3 scares the shit out of me, so thats cool. halo 2 can’t compare to any of these games in any way (except possibly multiplayer) graphics wise, ai wise, physycs wise or anything. halo 2 is out of it’s league, now come back to me with halo 3, then maybe we’ll talk!

well, considering halo 2 is the oldest out of all the games.

Age has nothing to do with it what matters is gameplay and I would say Half-life 2 wins this because it has gotten the award for the 21st best gaming franchise from IGN.
Played Halo 2 and thought it was pretty mediocre. Never played FEAR even though I want to. I’ve played... maybe 10 minutes of Half-Life 2 and it was pretty awesome. But Doom 3, when I played it it kicked the ass out of everything I played before. I got to play for about 2 hours at a friend’s house and he let me borrow it but my computer isn’t 1337 enough for me to play it >_<
Doom 3 and FEAR, which are both great games, do not stand upto Halo 2 on consoles. On the pc, Halo 2 has not been released, but having played through each of these games I can say with certainty that Halo 2 is a much better FPS than Doom 3 or FEAR.
