Interlink Electronics, a California-based company, has filed a patent-infringement lawsuit against Nintendo over the pointing functionalities of the Wii Remote, claiming “loss of reasonable royalties, reduced sales and/or lost profits as a result of the infringing activities” of Nintendo.[38]
Anascape Ltd, a Texas-based firm has also filed a lawsuit against Nintendo for patent infringements.

they’re getting sued for the exact same thing... both nintendo and microsoft... so they both might have to take out the rumble feature, or pay a big sum of money... who knows?
