Yes, the Wii remote is what makes the Wii. But how can Nintendo get sued for the Wii remote when the “patent infringments” don’t have the same use as the Wii remote?

But those two companies claim that they are losing business because of Nintendo, but the Wii remote functionalities are being used for something completely different than those two unknown companies are claiming to lose business for, so isn’t that propoganda? Can’t Nintendo counter sue for that?
