theres 3 days till christmas and they still havnt come close to target, and wat makes people think that others have money left to spend after christmas on a console if they cant even afford to buy a ps3 now?

And the 360 is almost at 9 million.

I don’t think PS3 has even hit 1,000,000 yet.

Wii might have hit 3,000,000, but I doubt 4 m

360 hasn’t hit 10,000,000 yet.

wii is furthest behind there aim, with more than 50% to go to make it to there aim, yet nintendo keep raising there prediction, why??? and i thought there first prediction was 4 m and they said they are raising it to 4 m, wtf?

I think Nintendo kinda overplanned the Wii, no biggy though.

we’ll hopefully the ps3 can catch up, Sony did so good last gen, i don’t want them to win honestly, but i don’t want them to be a horrible loser who falls behind.

The PS3 hasnt come out allover the world yet including the PS2 crazy NZ and Aus

Oh and i just figured somthing out 1 in every 60 people in the world own a PS2

And about one in every 120 people own a Xbox

Also PS3 Europe march release is a good idea because it gives time to work out the kinks in the console and develop better games

And you dont want sony to win because they won the last two gens dont wrry i understand.

Also, i knew 1 in 60 people in the world own a ps2, i did the math one day and was like “Wow”.

yea if xbox sold 22 m and ps2 sold 100 m then the xbox number should be more like 1-300, also in the US 1 in every 4 people owned a ps1 :O,

Actually the xbox sold about 24.5 million.

If we round that up to 25 million.

We know there is about 6 billion people on Earth.

We see how many 25 millions can fit into 1 billion, which is 40.

Since there is 6 billions, we multiply 6 by 40 and we get 240.

So about 1/60 of the people in the world owned a ps2, and about 1/240 of the people in the world owned a xbox.

But this is kinda inaccurate, i did round the numbers.

I know, but i rounded the numbers, like i said, they are off somewhat here and there.

Me mostly being a Nintendo/MS gamer, i cannot deny the greatness the ps2 achieved, sales wise.

They should have put God of War 3 on the ps3, it would be stunning.

But if they make a trilogy out of it, they can put the third on the ps3, leaving the best for last.
