Custer or Lobo would probably win.Lobo wouldn’t be able to kill Sephiroth but Sephiroth wouldn’t be able to kill him since Lobo is immortal through a contract from GAWD. most of the people listed would ie, because dark phoenix would burn them away (especially link)

the person would have to have a heling factor (which is how wolverine managed to do it) or be able to kill her from really long range
