Dark Phoenix is unbelievably powerful, but I’m not sure if she could take on some of the people in this fight... Of course she could beat Sephiroth... which more than I can say for a lot of other people...

Trogdor can kill anyone
as for Lobo, some of his powers include:
durability
strength
smarts (believe it or not)
a butt-load of weapons
healing factor that is beyond insane
the ability to form clones from drops of blood that are spilled.
immortality through a contract with God.

All I saw was they concluded she was more dangerous than Galactus and that was probably not even a fully fed Galactus.Fully Fed Galactus has unity with the universe.

1. Trogdor would not be able to even touch G-Man, and G-Man can’t hurt Trogdor, thus they might as well not even fight.
