Thats the Phoenix force not its host. Now if he said Full power Dark Phoenix yes. However now that I think about it fully fed Galactus could win. He has unity with the universe and has the ultimate nullifier which is said to be able to destroy anything, and of course if you destroy Galactus, you destroy the universe.

as for Lobo, some of his powers include:
durability
strength
smarts (believe it or not)
a butt-load of weapons
healing factor that is beyond insane
the ability to form clones from drops of blood that are spilled.
immortality through a contract with God.
1. Trogdor would not be able to even touch G-Man, and G-Man can’t hurt Trogdor, thus they might as well not even fight.

And thats all that needs to be said. Asterec named most of his powers but Lobo has also shown more.He knows how to fart like a 15 kiloton nuke and survive,the art of exploding numbers which from simple saying a number causes an explosion the bigger the number the bigger the explosion, an old and fat Lobo was able to rip dimensional portals with just his hands. Like Asterec said he took on Superman but in truth, he beat the HOLY HELL out of him. He also was contracted by the Easter Bunny to kill Santa Claus,but his biggest feat quite possibly is dieing and going to hell causing so much trouble down there all the demons ran away to heaven. Doing the same up there god sent some of his servants to fight him which were gods like Shiva and so on and Lobo pwned them. After that since no one wanted him in Heaven or Hell a contract was signed that prevents him from dieing. Theres alot more though but I can’t think of them right now.
That means Trogdor being invincible is just an expression. If Trogdor is invincible you can’t get close to killing him but since Rather Dashing did then he is not invincible, just near invincible you could say.
Mr.Mxyzptlk Myx here is immortal and can warp reality. He is so powerful that not even Pre-Crisis Superman could beat him if he was serious. Also he pwns you Cid since MXY is one of the few comic book characters that can go into the real world.
