Here’s the problem tho:
If someone punches you, and you stab out their eye, you can be charged for (possibly aggrivated, because you caused more harm to him) assault.
SO basically you we’re charged with “assault” and “sentenced” with a ban of a day.
That’s all I really have to say about it, it was just a one day ban for doing what you did, and it’s been done and over with for a while, so just lay this bird to rest.

It’s self defence if you punch him back, but around here it’s assault if you stab him with a knife after he’s on the ground, cos you’re taking the self defence thing too far.

RTIYS2, there’s a difference between defending yourself and attacking. You have done enough attacking to warrant a temp-ban here. Defending your right to be anti-Nintendo is fine, but flaming others, spamming, and being a general ass is the offense you’ve been charged with.
