You act as if teleporting and flying make it so Lobo can’t touch him. Lobo can track Goku down anywhere in the universe. Also, Lobo could just strap Goku up to his bike and drive him around at top speed into space, and Goku would die because of no air.
telporting out of the way yes, and goku had his staff for most of the series, you’re giving him bugs that he never uses, the staff was a part of his regular arsenal for much of his life.
and I’m not saying tleporting away from the planet I’m saying teleporting away from lobo, plus by the time lobo trys to reach him the blast will be ready, he’s hit people with it that move a lot faster than lobo can dream of
