It’s the cheapest Next Gen controller though, it’s $40 while the PS3 and 360 are $50. Of course the Nunchuck brings it to about $60, which is $10 more, but it makes up for that because the games on the Wii are $10 less then the PS3 and 360, so all in all it evens out on costs.

True there, that’s the one fault it does have

The Nunchuck and Controller Classic are the only two.

I don’t know, I’ve not played any racing games on it yet, but from what I understand the Wii Remote is awesome for Excite Truck.
1. It cost $60 for the Wiimote. the 360 controller is $30. I should know, I just bought one with my 360. This about controller flaws, not how the cost become equivalent.
2. I hope they fix it with a new wave.
3. Yeah, that’s a lot and quite troublesome. It was supposed to be simple. It reminds me of the old Gameboy days with all those accessories. Those were good days besides the accessories.
4. I never said it wasn’t good but clearly the rectangle shaped design is no much for the PS3’s traditional design with the motion sensing thing. It’s much easier on the hands and still has all the buttons and analog sticks. The only problem is lack of rumble. As far racing is concerned they are better on the 360 and PS3. I’d rather buy a wheel and pedals instead of use the Wiimote. It makes it more realistic.

But those flaws are really just minor. the Wiimote excells in a lot of other genres and strange stuff...that the other controllers can’t go...Wii Sports and Wario Ware.

1) you mean a Wiimote AND nunchuck?
2) they probably will
3) 2? A lot? Jee, I suppose 4 people on 1 system is a party.
4) The Wiimote offers a much more natural feel with motion sensing. Just point and whatever you wanted is done.

The Wii-mote is awesome for racing games I have two!!!
First I have Tony Hawk’s Downhill Jam which is hard at first but easy to get the hang of and I also have Excite Truck which is soo easy anyone can do it, you dont even need to get the hang of it!!! and yes the Wii-mote goes perfect with Excite Truck, thats the number one racing game I reccomend if your going to get one for Wii!!!
1. It is still $10 above the 360’s so there sucker! AHAHA! i win by $10!
2. That’s good. That was my only real disappointment about it.
3. That’s right. Yeah, 2 attachments, plus possibly more. whatever happened to the controller shell? Was that scrapped?
Oh yes, and the gun attachment. It’s not that big a deal but it can cause some problems.
4. It does indeed and because of its shape it can do better with motion sensing than the PS3 controller can in most genres with the motion sensing stuff. The only genres the PS3 does do better is racing and flight simulation but that is a small price and taking note that they are different systems and are meant for different things.

Excite truck isn’t a hardcore racing game and is pretty simple. I’m not dissing it. It’s a good game but a hardcore racing game the PS3 controller is better but I prefer a steering wheel and pedals with my racing games.

Nintendo should have but sterio speakers (2) into the Wiimote for better sound. It maybe, MAYBE, would have added $5 to the total cost. A small cost to play for a more enjoyable and imaginative gaming experiance.
My MP3 cell phone has excellent sound with it’s two speakers.
the wii mote uses way to much power, the vibration in it sucks, and the ps3 controller is better for racing games and flying games, and normal adventure games like zelda and ratchet.
why becuase the nunchuck can get uncofortable, using the wiimote on the side gets seriously anoying, and its the same for flying games, so basicialy ur limited to playing wii sports and shooting games.
