Yes, in fact she went to onyx and help kurt along with the other Spartan lll’s survive the attack from both the sentinals and covenant.
The Arbiters real name is, well, no one knows. But he was the supreme commander of the covenant fleet.
Deja? I don’t think so. Mainly because the Covenant glassed the planet and most likely she was destroyed in the process. Of course she could of survived, but its highly unlikely.
Sam could not leave the ship because his suit was breached by a covenant plasma pistol.

El 360 Playa Guest | The Arbiters name hasn’t even been created by Bungie yet.
1st. There are only seven halos, 1 of which has been destroyed, and they are all on stand by.
2nd. It was really left behind for them to find. Thats how they came into contact with the humans in the first place, they were looking for new forerunner tect.
3rd. The crystal? Oh, I believe it was Fall of Reach. I could be wrong because the author always throws a crystal or two in his books. | |
