my cousin has a 60” HDTV... played gears of war on that thing. it was great. i also played Resistance:FOM on a 42” HDTV... not as good graphics, but better physics and faster frame rates. it also looked a lot smoother. and they both have the same resolution (720p).

you’re definitely wrong. there are three different primary colors in light and art. in light, it’s red, green, and blue. in art, it’s red, yellow, and blue. there are also secondary colors and neutral colors... if you could only see 3 colors, you need to get your eyes checked. there are millions of colors.

I think it’s 1.7 million

I remember having a debate with someone on a forum about how the PSP can display so many million colors, yet only 1.7 mil were visible.

I’m pretty sure we can see way more then that... i may be wrong though.

But if you go by our range of what is color, then we can technically see ever color.

we can see visible light, that’s all. We can’t see ultraviolet or infrared.

Thats what i’m saying, we cannot imagine colors we have not seen, so we don’t reconize and see those other colors... so by our definition we can see every color because they cannot be classified as a color because we have never seen them.

Or maybe i’m just insane today.. wink
