Kakashi would still beat the shit outta Naruto where the manga is right now. The Magenkyo Sharingan is too powerful of a tool for Naruto to overcome without learning how to tap into the full powers of the Kyuubi.

If he tapped into all 9 tails (he has reached 4 thus far) he would release the 9 tailed fox and that would be the end of the hidden leaf village, Naruto could win, but it would cost him his life.

Well, nobody is sure what would happen if he tapped into all nine tails. So far his Chakra has only fused with the fox, which results with him temporarily losing control of himself. If he released the full power (which he probably will at some point) It would probably be like it is when he’s level 4, but much worse. I don’t think that he’d release the Kyuubi itself, just it’s destructive power. But at that point I don’t think anything could stop him, I don’t think that Yamato’s seals would work either.
