10 Years after Evil Buu is killed, it is unkown who is stroneger at that point. Maybe Goku since he kept up with training while Gohan probably did absolutely nothing to get stronger or keep his strength.
Gohan can’t as he “maxed out” his potential and Goku you do not wanna see not holding back in SSJ3; pissed, and giving all he has; oh and didn’t you see “Wrath of the Dragon”? Vegeta SSJ2 was holding his own much easier than Mystic Gohan and only SSJ3 Goku was left in the end hmmm. -.- You decide ... LOL!

Goku stated himself he was weaker than Super Buu, and that Gotenks was more powerful than him, and he didn’t even realize the fact that the two managed SSJ3. He also stated him and Vegeta would be torn apart by Super Buu.
Of course, Super Vegetto is way stronger than all of them, but he’s fused.
Gotenksbuu was wiping the floor with Gohan, what does that tell you? Goku didn’t stand a chance. Yeah, he may have held Buu back while trying to get Gohan to find the Potara earring, but he barely harmed Buu at all and would’ve been demolished. Also to note that SSJ3 puts severe stress onto Goku. Even if he was a match (which he isn’t) he would wear out pretty fast, something Gohan has nothing to fear.
Kid Buu, for the record, is not as powerful as any of the Super Buu forms. He’s just pure evil, so he doesn’t hold back, and it was never stated that he was stronger. The Fat Buu was too pure, and held Buu back. Kid Buu didn’t give a damn.
Don’t bring any movies into this either. Those were just fanservice flicks, not even close to anything canon.

Naru Maton Guest | urgh Gohan beat Cell because he awakened his inner rage that he was trying not to Unleash as it suggest’s in the title of the episode’s harnessing his Super Saiyan 2 power and becomeing the perfect balence of speed and power Accending if you will the limetation’s of SSJ, the differance in power was so great at the time he could have most likely killed Goku Vegeta and co in 1 blow without really trying.
Vegeta only just to say reache’s this level of power after training intencely for 5-7 year’s straight and even then the differance is minamal withouth Majin to boost him over the gap, as for Goku’s SSJ3 he achive’s this level of power in a place were his body is much more durable and can just to say handle the huge amount’s of power it deal’s with after the most intence training Other world has to offer.
Gohan after takeing a 7yr brake surpasses both there power’s in the span of 2 day’s of training, he was likely as strong as Vegeta after Z sword training and clearly stronger than Goku after Mystic Power up.
I would like to belive if Gohan had maintained his training for the next 10-20 year’s his mystic could most likely topple SSJ4 Goku and Vegeta.

And the question of whether Mystic Gohan even in constant training could be a SSJ4 is up for debate. As I see it SSJ4 goku at his max is about 3-4 times stronger than Mystic Gohan, based on battles with similary strong opponents. If he was doing Goku type training, yes he could make up the difference, if it was his own training style, no way!
