In a fight between Cloud and Squall, Cload would win. But it dosent matter because after he got his ass kicked he’d go back home to Rinoa. Atleast Squall has a chick, Cloud could of totally had Tifa, but hes to much of a dumbass.

BECAUSE TO KNOW WHO IS MORE STRONGER THAN THE OTHER AND I KNOW IF YOU ARE ON A BATTLE OR WAR YOU WONT GO THERE WITHOUT A GUN OR something, OK! then fight! you know whoes gonna attack first? squall of course why? if you are really adicted to FF7 anf FF8 you will notice that FF8’s timebar is much faster than FF7, for those who doesnt know it ill explain again, ff8’s time bar (if at max stats) would take .2-.5 seconds to be able to attack! while ff7 (if at max stats) would take 1.5-2 seconds to be able to attack! FOR THOSE WHO DOESNT BELIEVE TRY MAXING THE STATS FOR SQUALL AND CLOUD TO SEE, then squall attacks first OK I WILL NOT USE HOLY WAR AND AURA! I Choose to attack! DAMAGE 7000-8000 cloud limit goes up to 1/3 squall’s turn again (WHY? READ AGAIN ABOVE) I Choose to attack again, clouds dead revived by phoenix, time bar restarts for cloud, then again attack attack attack until the power of the phoenix is gone! i can also use meltdown in the first turn then second turn,attack dealing 9999 damage!
the only thing that can kill squall is using knights of the round and omnislash! but he cant use it. and if cloud attack first using the 4xcut+added cut it’s like 5x cut nice! the damage will only dealt 650-900 damage WHY? BECAUSE IF YOU ATTACK YOURSELF IN FF8 WITH MAX STR AND VIT THE DAMAGE WILL DEALT 650-900, BUT IF YOU ATTACK YOURSELF IN FF7 OR CONFUSED THE DAMAGE WILL BE 9999! lol That’s kind of funny actually, you’re basing it on the Time Battle system, in which case, yes, Squall would win. It’s true that the Attack Bar fills faster in FF8 then it does in FF7, but you can’t count that as part of a battle.
The Time Bar is part of each game’s ATB, now this is just a game element and is not put into play in a real battle. Note the CGI cut-scenes in FF8, the characters are able to move freely and attack without having to wait for a time bar to fill up.
Also, I’m guessing you never saw Advent Children did you my friend? Cloud didn’t have to wait a couple seconds before he could launch an attack, if he did the movie would have been retarded.
Squall just doesn’t have the skill, power, or abilities to defeat Cloud in a fight. Squall doesn’t have any abilities that will revive him everytime he dies where as Cloud does. Squall has to kill Cloud 6 times to beat him, Cloud has to kill Squall only once. The odds are stacked in Cloud’s favor so much that I’m surprised any fan who knows of both games will go in Squall’s favor.
??? and in DoC if u use Phenix down douse that not revive you when you die, and as proven Cloud was a failed SOLIDER and Squall leads with Expiriance (training)and the battle training Cloud recived before 7 was naff then in seven picked up then 2 years pass and he became a wimpering pussy who had to lend Aires strenth to fight Seph then DoC...well lets not.
A phoenix down does revive you, but you have to have somebody to cast it on you, which in a one on one fight, isn’t going to happen. The Phoenix summon in FF8 has a very slim chance of reviving the person if they die, it’s not guaranteed like Final Attack + Revive is.
