Cooler wasn’t even in the comics, he was invented for the show to take up time so that they could translate things to english.

That weight is actually the LOWEST weight a black hole could possibly ever be, and that is what we are using as the max of what Supes could lift, meaning he could probably lift way higher but we won’t take that into affect because we don’t want the possibility that our measurement is too high, so we litterally are using the very lowest number we were allowed to for the black hole that superman lifted.

Post crisis superman held a small black whole using both of his hands. A small star is about 1708.8 times earth’s weight. (A star gets more massive when it becomes a black whole, but lets just pretend it doesn’t. Given that star size, a small black whole would be about the same weight.) That comes out to a whopping 10,208,712,960,000,000,000,000,000,000 kg, or 1.020871296 to the 28th power kg.
Goku’s strength:
Going by a link gplex gave me, goku’s estimated power during the cell saga, while in ssj, was 120,000,000. it was 15,000,000 in the freeza saga, so that means he got about 8 times stronger. Say he gets another 8 times stronger by the end of the buu saga. Now hes at 960,000,000, or 64 times stronger then he was in the freeza saga. Now, before the freeza saga, when he had a power level of 180,000 in base, he was able to lift about 40 tons. Now, lets translate all the ssj stats into base by dividing by 50 (he gets 50 times stronger when he goes to ssj) now, its 180,000 [before freeza saga], 300,000 [during freeza saga], 2,400,000 [during the cell saga], and 19,200,000 [during buu saga]. Add to that the 10 years of training. Now, seeing as he had no big enemies, he would not gain that fast. Lets just pretend he got stronger at about the same rate as gohan did when he was training with piccolo. That’s about 4 times a year. That’s now at 20,132,659,200,000 in base form. With ssj, he gets 50 times stronger. Lets say it is the same gap for each level. He is now at a power level of 2,516,582,400,000,000,000. That’s about 13,981,013,333,333 times stronger then when he lifted 40 tons. So, he would probably be able to lift about 559,240,533,333,320 tons. Now, remember the original 40 tons was under 100 times earth’s gravity. So, lets make it normal gravity. That’s 55,924,053,333,332,000 tons, or 5.073344778294492 to the 19th power kg. As you can see, he is still far weaker then post-crisis superman with his mental blocks still on is.
