neo has telekinesis, so he can move and split objects, he flys by levitating himself and this lets him move at extreme speeds
it’s estimated his cruising speed in flying is 3x the speed of sound, he has super strength and agility. he blocked a sword with his bare hand and got a small cut. (I’m just copying this ok wiki)
he also has master all martial arts known to man, ---
