See I haven’t even said anything about Cloud’s abilities yet and I’ve found flaws with all your support with Vincent being the better fighter.

Judging by your post, you like Vincent better than Cloud and there’s not a thing wrong with it, but when you start saying things to favour your favourite character like dodging Cloud’s sword with ease it makes seem like you just like Vincent better, which isn’t really helping.

Cloud’s my favourite but is by no means why I think he could beat Vincent, Cloud beat the most powerful thing in VII’s story; AC Demi-god Sephiroth, yes he’s a Demi-god. Even the fact that Cloud has beaten Sephiroth 3-0 I believe that Sephiroth still IS the better fighter, not just by how he was beating Cloud in AC but because Tetsuya said himself.

And Tetsuya also said that he didn’t want Genesis overpowering Sephiroth to disappoint the fans.
