Guess what I saw? A stack of about 15 wii’s (not display boxes, the real ones) just layint in a pile. No one even glancing at it. They didn’t even bother to put it behind the glass like they usually do.

On the contrary, whenever I go to Target, there are quite a few PS3 in the display cases, yet all the Wiis are sold out.
so, right now, the availability for the wii is up. its in 24% of stores. now, its only in half the stores the ps3 is in.
oh, and if the wii is so kiddy, why is a game that is described by ign as “one of the goriest, most violent franchises ever created” coming to it? its called manhunt 2. here are a couple paragraphs about the whole thing:

Manhunt sounds like pwn in game format, but unless it is a first-party game I doubt it will relive the Wii of its “kiddy” image. I’m also a little concerned about down-graded graphics, however, RS has never been renown for its graphics, so that shouldn’t be a problem.

if no one wants the wii, how come its outselling the ps3 almost 3 to one? people must HATE the ps3. also, it has had a much better launch then the 360 did, including the US.

as for the 360 vs wii, i don’t know where to find overall month by months, so lets just compare in the US, which is the 360’s stronghold (keep in mind, the wii destroyed the 360 in japan.) here is a chart of the sales so far with dates aligned from vgcharts.com.
as you can see, the wii has better numbers in the 360’s strong hold, the US.
but, how do we know your stuff is true and it is his stuff that is made up? it could easily be reversed.
Hey mortis did you ever think this though for just one moment. How can a video game console break a tv by itself? It cannot the only reason th etvs have been breaking is because there are idiots keyword IDIOTS who cannot even handle a simiple remote, there are stupid people in this world. Further more again with the it sucks for its kiddy games, the wii is getting many M rated games more then the GC it will even have its own RE exclusive.
