Yep I actually think the Sega Saturn was the first console with 3d graphics by about 10 days. Though the Saturn had limited 3d capabilities still first.
Actually it was a good move. If they had kept Sony signed on to do that they wouldn’t have profited from any of it. Sony would have. Nintendo had no rights or profits for anything coming out of that partnership thus dropping it was a good idea. Sony surprised everyone when they came on the top so don’t act like it was all planned.

Who said the PS1 was the first to have 3d graphics haha. No one did. Just cause it came out before the N64 doesn’t mean there was another console before it to not have it. Let me go see if I can find which console that was.
And I believe Sega CD was the first console to use CD’s. That’s actually why Nintendo signed Sony up to make a CD version of the SNES to compete with that and that’s how the entire Playstation idea spawned haha. But the pres of Nintendo who in actuality is a great businessman but extremely rough in doing so dropped Sony without letting them know and the project was dropped. Thus Sony decided to take the idea, which really wasn’t there’s at all, and make the PS1. Now that you know the history you can respond.
And that was when nintendo made one of the biggest mistakes in the history of gaming...

no, the 3 biggest mistakes in gaming are Panasonic’s console, that had the best graphics of its time but ran at $800, the Dreamcast, and the PSP

Oh just caure your liar is no reason to get pansy ass on everyone else. Hey and I thought we judged consoles of how big they are in it’s time compared to the rest in it’s time. But obviously some of us cna’t comprehend such easy concepts.
How am I a liar? Just because I find things wrong with a game?
