I have a suggestion, It might piss some people off But what if we have it where guests can post Messages But not create topics. That way Guests will come on here and will be able to post messages and stuff, but if they want to make a topic they have to register, that way it’ll be easier to get rid of the spammers and A$$holes. I mean Creating an account only takes like 3 minutes. That’ll eliminate ALOT of spamming.

Limit number of posts that can be made by guests (in general) per hour...

I personally do not like the idea. When I first joined the site, I enjoyed the relaxed posting as a guest.

Yeah, but alot of members like to become guest to throw insults and spam. If anything, it would piss off members or make more people join.

Yeah but it would be better than if say Bjarne had to do an IP range ban. If he did that it would block alot of users who didn’t do anything. Then they’d have to become a member anyway.
