In order to travel back in time, you must move everything in the universe back to the position it was that many seconds/minuts/hours ago, which is as of now, impossible.
Take for instance, rewinding time to watch a plan 'un-grow'.
Well, you are not really traveling back in time, nor is the plant or anything else, the nutrients are pulled from the plant, the sunlight shoots back into space, the water returns to the sky, the minerals and wind are misplaced, cells are combined instead of seperating, etc. | |

when cars were invented, and quite a few ppl had them, some ppl used them for crimes. when computers were invented, hackers soon started their work.when mobile phones were invented, it created a new way of bullying. --- (\_/) Add Bunny to sig to help him achieve world domination.

If everyone had it, obviously, because no matter what someone somewhere in the world is going to have the twisted mind to abuse the use of whatever it is.

Well as I see it Time=Movement and Movement=Time, they’re intertwined.
Movement creates time, and without time movement would not exist.
Then there’s the problem of measuring time, which, as was already pointed, essentially depends on who is perceiving it. --- -={Amin Wile Ilyamenie Liy End Rimmi Llie}=-
