gamecube did so crap last generation infact it was so unpopular that i only know 1 person who has it but he has every console ever made, including both ps2 and ps2 slim

We all know that the PS2 beat the living shit out of both the cube and the xbox, Hell the PS2 beats the shit out of the 360 and PS3 as well, not the Wii though.

I agree for the most part, but I can’t fairly say the Wii is better than the PS2 until the Wii gets more games. If it doesn’t get enough good games it will suck, no matter how great the system is.

as we saw with the PSP.

PS2

Had the largest, and best, selection of games. I mean, FFXII, Shadow of the Colossus, BLACK, and many more just make it cool.

Gamecube is next. It lacked online, but had good Nintendo exclusives, its just, that’s all it had. They also did some nice things with the little power they had in that system too, as it wasn’t much stronger than the PS2.

XBox just had Halo. Sorry, my PC is better than the XBox, and can play most of its good games. Even at that, it did a good job for a newcomer.

Graphics don’t mean shit when the other two systems had crap games. PS2 is first for sure. It had all of the games. Gamecube is second because it had the good Nintendo exclusive. Xbox had Halo and ... ninja gaiden? Fable wasn’t that great and it was on PC.i guess that the only other good games were DOA 3 (DOA 2 is good and it’s on the PS2) and Jade Empire.

Seriously. It may have had a few good exclusives, but less killer apps. And KOTOR is on PC, as is Jade Empire, so don’t mention those.

I will anyways. I just don’t consider a game to be multiplatform if it is on one console and PC, since PC’s can be upgraded, but the same cannot be said for consoles. So all those games on PS3 and PC are exclusively PS3 to me.

You do realize that if it was for those divices alone P.Moore that the PS2 would suck. It was mainly due to the large 3rd party support.

I pick the Xbox first in terms of how it did mainly for its online and great multiplayer games.

The GC is my favorate past console but it is in second in my opinion because it had the best first party games, Nintendo is the largest first party and they have the most first party exclusives making their system worth while, as with the wii I already like it more because it is essentially 6 great systems in one. All the Nintendo consoles and Sega’s greatest system the genesis.

The PS2 is last in my favor only because it really did not have as much to interest me, the only games I really liked were God of War, SOTC, and Socom yet they were not all that huge in my opinion, they did have their good parts. It is just that SOny’s first party support seemed so limited and many of the games that flooded it were either RPGs, Sports games, or crappy movie games.
