That would be illegal (in most cases) so no.

Cheapo-MIDI versions can be found in vgmusic.com, but most of the newer stuff is crap. You’d have to go back when MIDI was still used for anything good.

Well first you’re going to need an Xbox 360 so you can play customizable music tracks with in-game sound. Then you can download it to your XP computer’s hard drive. Next you stream it wirelessly to your 360 like so....

There’s also plenty of interactive visualization to the music to. You can control the way the visuals move with the 360 controller which is pretty lame actually but the visuals are cool.

I wish Windows Media Player would do what the 360 does with those visuals.

Seems odd that it wouldn’t... :/

PS3 can’t do that. Nope, you have to use HDD space on the PS3 while 360 wirelessly connects to windows XP (which is clear across the other side of my house). It streams very nicely and sounds digitally amazing.

Yeah, my songs take up so much memory its going to piss me off...

That’s really not something to brag about, but its a nice convenience all the same.

The PS3 at least uses TrueHD 7.1 Dolby Digital, so that’s kickass. Does the 360 use it too (I seriously don’t know...)?

The PS2 had that too...Didn’t give it 7.1 Surround though, since that’s new.

Eh, it probably does anyway.

Yeah but it is convenient either way. As far as 7.1 on 360, I don’t think so. However, It all depends on your amp and speaker quality. My 5.1 surround sound will blow away those cheap ass $1000 Walmart special 7.1 surround systems. I have no issues with 5.1 at the time. Also the game/movie has to support it as well.

Not for me so much though. I lack a wireless router, and I can’t use Ethernet from my room (too short, and a cable with the required length would just get in the way). I get my Wii and DS online through the Wi-Fi Connector.

7.1 is newer, so its to be expected that it may be a bit on the downside.

Eh, I’m not really that picky with sound. As long as it has good “UMPF” to it, I’m good (and that partly depends on design anyway), with as little feedback as possible, which my PC provides quite well. Makes Call of Duty 2 kick so much ass. I just need a system in my room with at least Pro Logic II for my Wii right now, or preferably just 5.1 for a future 360, or PS3 depending on what games are released.
