In that case that is the reason for every M game it is not like anything else matters, all the other content like language and aclohol use are fine for every other rating. If that is the case then Mortal Kombat is only famous because of the blood and not the great combat system or fatality system. Metal Gear solid is only famous for its mature content not the stealh system. Splinter cell is the same, P.Moore honestly can you stop being stupid just for once in your life?
