Neo could only use his powers on the robots because he was connected to them. The rest he can’t do shit.

If they battled in the matrix that would only increase Anakin’s powers and he could just force crush the master computer thing anyways, destroying the entire Matrix.

The force is above some glitch in a computer program. It can completely erase the Matrix while the Matrix can’t erase the force.
