Your poem is still good. It may be crap compared to what you can really do but it itself is not crap.
All it is is halfly senseless metaphors tied together in rhyme that in a whole make no sense whatsoever...
It’s not as senseless as you say.
Well, I still threw it together on an accidental whim...
And I still resent the fact that I THINK IT SUCKS.
Cos it does...

MovieCodec is not as exciting as it used to be. Hell, I remember when Cid had under 1,000 posts and the little spinning Link avatar. I wasn’t around in 2005, but I guess I got the end of the good times (it seems before E3, everything was way different). And I too remember Oddball, who left us so abruptly. Also: PS Fan, K. Katuragi, Google Queen, master chiefer, etc... Also, looking back at the legendary Master Chief vs. Samus thread, does anyone remember f tw? I also remember when the Zelda fan club was stickied.
I miss the old times a lot... --- -={Amin Wile Ilyamenie Liy End Rimmi Llie}=-

As do I...
Which is why I occasionally go back to the Most Responded thread and reminisce.
And no, the compliments are well founded. ---

Its ok to be disapointed in your own work. An artist/poet/writer is ofen the most critical of his/her work. You may see faults in it where others do not. This is because you have a unique insight into your work. Only you know how you intended it to turn out. ---

Grow some confidence, is all I say. I need to work on that myself, but I’ve been improving. If you don’t work up confidence in your abilities, then you will be holding yourself back in many ways.
God, I have the urge to go back to Samus... ---
