The Joker would probably outsmart Neo into killing himself.The Joker is so smart he knows he’s a comic book character.He figured out the Philosophers stone in seconds while Luthor took months to figure it out.Also lets not forget the Spectre the freaking Wrath of God attacked the joker and ended up being taken over.Lets see what others think.

neo is like a combination between batman and superman not as smart as batman not as strong as superman, joker is very smart just crazy, he won’t be able to mess with neo’s mind

then we should give the joker matrix powers he still won’t be as strong as neo, even the smartest people aren’t as strong as neo in the matrix

I don’t think he would need Matrix powers. i think if anything he would take control of the Matrix and have big head popping up all over the place and weird things would be happening.

he can become an agent, how? plus not even the wisest in the matrix have managed to do what neo can, because neo is meant to be the most powerful he’s supposed to save zion while the matrix restarts itself,

wha tdoes that have to do wit hanything he doesn’t control the matrix, neo can only ben the matrix that is how he fly has super strength, but he can’t take control of the matrix itself thats not within the humans power

Not Bruce I guess. Inside Matrix, Neo is more similar to Superman with martial arts. Neo can dodge bullets and even block bullets using mind, fly in super speed that makes tall buldings shattered. He also has super strength that enough to hold up a helicopter from crash down for seconds, to save Trinity. He blows and kicks so fast, he has nigh invulnerability and remains unkilled inside Matrix.
