I just love the demo, awesome with a return to TA (Total Annihilation)...

Making this a sticky for a while :-) Looking to see if there’s any other PC gamers around here at all..

i have never been a big pc gamer, but i have played a few (icewind dale, or however its spelled, age of empires, some counter strike, a few other games.) what type of game is it? if its an rts, i might check it out (rts games on the comp are amazing.)

Hi guys,

You can download a demo of Supreme Commander, but omg the system requirements are crazy.

I got the full version today (bought and paid ofc), and I’ve decided to overclock my pc to get it run better. Now it only remains to be seen if I manage to screw up my PC

(Not running it on my sucky laptop ofc, but on Conroe E6300 1,86@2,33)

Crysis is the big PC hyped game currently and the one I can’t wait to play with Direct-X 10.

Yes it’s a sequal to TA, designed by the same guy (Chris Tailor).

In many ways it’s much like a new TA, same concept (commandor, nanotechnology construction etc), same precise balance etc. In contrast SC is even more modable (so we can expect to see some crazy mods for the game), has 3 sides and better story than the ole TA, has excellent graphics (supporting DX9 DX10) and an extreme advanced physhics model. The bad side of SC is it’s crazy requirements, you basically need a dual core CPU to get decent performance (and unlike 99% of all games, it actuall uses the second core!).

TA received many other awards, including:
The number one Real-Time Strategy Game of all time hehe
