i have a special method to see pm’s. its flawed, but if i know of a pm, i can see it.

It does in fact work for me. Notice a particular thing:

In the link you link to moviecodec.com without the www first, that, basically, is a different domain from www.moviecodec.com - and cookies (which is what the login system is based on) is based on the domain name. So if, a moderator is logged in to www.moviecodec.com he is NOT automatically also logged in at moviecodec.com (although it IS the same site)....
