Not completely.He can’t make them instantly go from defensive mode to attack mode.Any way I think Z would win but I want to see if anyone can come up with a good argument for the Z team.

Vegeta wipes out a planet AND its Moon together with a finger...ohh wait two fingers, and Vegeta also wipes out a big as meteor in Garlic Jr Saga looking for Goku and hundreds of them and the Mother of all Meteors while defending his ship against Astroids and the funny thing is its all before SSJ.

The funny thing is alot of stuff you said is non-canon.I guess you missed where Zs light hawk wings negate damage to 0.
