I just saw this game coming out called Jam session for the DS. YOu can use a real guitar pick to stum the ds screen and use the D pad to make the notes. It looks tight...sorry my computer is messed up and will not show any httml so I cant give a link...but the game is called Jam Session...go check it out it actually looks cool.
