Master Chief



I say Ratchet will win, because

a) He has access to weapons and armor that make MC’s look like mere PlaySkool tinker toys.

b)Just like MC, he has had professional combat training and is a hardened veteran.

c) He’s saved 4 galaxies from domination and destruction, whereas MC has stopped a weapon from destroying one.

MC is faster... but seeing all the weapons Ratchet has i don’t think it will help him much.

And Halo destroys EVERYTHING in a galaxy.
