ok.... i just Got my PSP... Version 3.02

How Do i put download games into the stick?
I have so many games i have downloaded.. ISO.. CuM.. and more..

When i put the ISO into the stick it saids"NO Game?"
What do i do....

please please show me step by step.. please..

Really need Help ... !!!

a 32mb you cant realy download games
