i vote for the unstickying of the topic. It talks about the whole suicide thingie and if the rules are stickied then that deals with the suicide thingie and all the other rules.

I also vote for the unstickying of the “NO MENTION OF HACKING/CRACKING/SERIALS/ILLEGAL DOWNLOADS” thread, and have that included in the rules, and have the rules replace that thread as the omni-stick-lock topic in all the forums,

I just discovered that mods can unsticky a topic that another one sticked. However, do we have a consensus on this?

My personal opinion is that it should be unstickied.

Lashing stickied it. Why doesn’t everybody shut up and update the rules and then that crap won’t be needed, not like it’s needed it’s really needed anymore but in the future it probably will be needed?
I mean seriously, compress everything. It’s as simple as that, plus there are other topics that definitely need to be unstickied cause we have too many stickied topics now.
That no hacking thread should be in the rules topic and the rules topic should be bolded.
Cid’s thing in statement in the music section, I am assuming is temporary. if not then it should be included in the rules as a note.
The list goes on from there.

OP - the statement in the music section was just put there recently to address a specific problem that only occurs in that section. That was something that all the mods agreed needed to go there, at least for now, as part of a solution to the problem. Cid just posted it on our behalf.

As for suicide - not being allowed to encourage suicide has already been in the rules for a while.

Actually, at the time of the post people where cracking jokes and so on about the people claiming to commit suicide in their topics. Nobody considered it as encouraging suicide but more as disrespectful, though, in it’s own right it is encouraging suicide. That was the loophole in the rules.

As for Cid’s topic I already said that.
