If somebody was just fuming or flaming really badly, it could give the mods more power to attempt to end a flame war without an extended ban. I think we should suggest that to Bjanre... what do you think?
Defiantly. Just to give them time to cool down. It would prevent a huge post war on one of the threads, like the ones that frequently happen between Atresac and OP. They seem to be flaming each other so much that I am debating weather to do a comic vs battle artwork

In addition to that it would be nice to have smaller increments of bans. For example, the choices go 24 hours, a week, and then a month. For a more minor infraction that someone has repeated it might be handy to have something like 2 or 3 day bans, rather than a week.
On the topic of the ban times: it always goes by the time that they’re banned to the time that they’re unbanned...so maybe having an option to put in a date and time for them to be unbanned could work for that, let the mods customise the ban time instead of the preset ones. (tho they would have to remember the time difference from their clock to moviecodec’s)
