Dannyboi Guest | He is very talented (ther’s no denying that) but there are better drummers and his style is easy distinguishable to drummers.

Ive never seen so much talent when it comes to drumming in my life. Never.

And Joey doing the drum solo on that revolving platform was amazing. Playing the drums that fast upside down is just insane.

Than who personally is the “best” drummer in your opinion?
I just like Jordison’s style more than any other drummer.

If you’d of actually read any of my posts, you’d realise that 'the best drummer' is a fallacy, because it’s an art form.
It’s impossible to say who is the best drummer.

Jordison’s style is just what I find the most appealing.
But he’s played in many other bands besides Slipknot.
He was the guitarist in the Murderdolls, hes played the drums for Metallica quite a few times when Ulrich couldnt play at the concert, hes played for Marilyn Manson, and this new band that he is in.
I forgot the name of it though... if you type in Joey Jordison on Wikipedia.org it tells you.

Edit: Just checking out the leak of the new Akercocke album; David Gray, their drummer, is playing clean, consistent and precise at 283 bpm on one of these tracks. Assuming 16th note double kick, thats 18.9 beats per second.
Fuck me sideways, that’s fast.

Yeah he drummed for Manson quite a few times in the past.
The bands that he’s played in are...
Slipknot,
Murderdolls,
Ministry,
Satyricon,
Marilyn Manson,
3 Inches of Blood,
and KoRn.
He recently quit 3 Inches of Blood and joined KoRn I think...
“In the summer of 2007 Joey Jordison is going on the road with the band Korn for summer Europeans festivals and the Family Values Tour.“
Thats a quote from the Wikipedia page...

Bad as in kick ass or bad as in lame and sucky?
Yeah Joey is just going on tour with them for the summer.
I heard there has been some tension with Korn because the lead singer supposidly turned into a Christian so idk...

That nutter.
Nah, the tracks I’ve heard so far are really, really bad. I mean, I enjoy some of Korn’s older stuff, but their new material sucks so badly.

Yeah lately, everything that ive heard from KoRn sucks ass... the only stuff from them I like is their old music thats really heavy. I mean I listened to some of these songs and the only instruments in the whole song are the drums and the bass...
Wheres the awesome metal sound that they used to give?

and munky is the other guitarist and backing vocals for Korn. Jonathan Davis is the singer.
and i think their new cd which comes out in July will be another hit. i unno just a feeling i have for it\m/
