This morning, I woke up at 2:00. I couldn’t sleep. So, I got ready for school, showered, ate breakfast, and noticed...
I still had about 5 hours of free time.
So, I started to draw a bit, did some stuff on the computer, and now I’m just kinda chilling out.
I feel like I’ve accomplished more than usual. Normally, I wouldn’t even be awake right now.
I just wonder how I’m gonna feel later on today, considering the fact that I’m running on 2 1/2 hours of sleep.
i recomend u go to beds earier, the easiest way to sleep if when u laff so hard u cry, yesturday i laffed so hard just before i went to bed and i slept in until 10 and was happy
Your reaction to sleep (and therefore a lack thereof) is generally the effects of the sleep you had two nights before. Today, you will be energized. As you sleep tomorrow, you will notice your exhaustion.

I deprive myself of sleep all the time. Let me tell you something..... a couple weeks ago I attempted to break the record for most nights gone without sleep (11) I only made it to five. On the first night I went without sleep I felt pretty energized, then I felt exhausted the following day. However I got used to it for the next couple of days. Fatigue, non-stop headaches, hallucinations, lunacy, these were the symptoms I felt on the fifth day so I decided to stop before it got too serious. But let me tell you, you’lle get used to it eventually but for now your going to feel exhausted.
3 hours is fine, i go on 4-5 hours normally(sleep 2 hours, wake up, sleep another 2 or 3) and stay active, and i’m fine. The more you do it, the more you get used to it. If i sleep more than 6 hours now, i feel dead.

That still isn’t healthy for you. The reason why you “feel dead” after sleeping more than 6 hours is that once you start catching up on sleep you start feeling the sleep you missed out on.

I’ve been this way for over 20 years, my doctor says i’m 110% in good health, and long night sleep is overrated. I take many vitamins, drink alot of water and eat well. People who abuse there bodies would need 7-8 a night or feel like they would, my doctor merely says, “you must have over slept”.

About the same here. I’m insomniac so usually on school days I fall to sleep at about 2-3 and wake up at 7. Although more sleep I think would be great I get use to it. The only time I do get more sleep than that is when I can wake up later. Cause I don’t usually fall asleep before 2. Sometimes I fall asleep from 12 to 1 but it’s a rarity.
