But I’m actually curious why you don’t think Wii will continue to take that casual market, as I see PS3 making no advances in that market to try and become mainstream. Hell at least MS is trying to become a little more mainstream with its product, but Sony really has done nothing, except dropping the price which has turned out to not work as strong.
Sony is making no steps to really enter what Wii is so easily grasping, so I wonder how it’d be PS3 the one to take it if it’s not making any strides to gain it. Unless you think Sony is, then sure, but I don’t see it, and really its represented in their sales. I think Guitar Hero III sales on the PS3 were the first indication, as to how they aren’t even entering that market at all.

I think the future games won’t be able to meet the Wii system. I think alot of hype(not all) about the Wii was about the new Mario, SSB, Metroid and basically all Nintendo titles. What happens in about 8-10 months down the road? If the 3rd titles keep delivering badly, nothing will keep the Wii afloat since the impulse and new hype of the system will be close to wearing off. I just don’t see the system and games getting better down the road and matter of fact i see the Wii is just about at it’s peak right now or just entering it while the 360 and especially the PS3 are far from it.
I see the Wii as like a prostitute and the other 2 as a Wife. Wii is good for a quick fix and nothing you take too seriously, but PS3 and 360 are good for the long haul and something you stay dedicated too and can get pleasure for a while.
