I think Jesus was Spanish, but his real name was Jesus (pronounced Hey-sus) Chavez. How many Israelis or white people do you see with the name Jesus?

Jesus was a very common name in Biblical times. Also I would seriously doubt that Jews, who don’t believe in Jesus as God, would have any qualms about naming their children that because of religious purposes.

Jesus was a Jew from Galilee, which is in modern-day Palestine if I’m not mistaken ... And Jesus was not a common name at the time. The letter “J” as we know it wasn’t in use in that region until a couple of centuries later. Now, as was stated, Yeshua is more likely ... if the character we know as Jesus actually existed at all.

There is no word in the Hebrew bible named Jesus there is a Yeshua who is Jesus’s real name. The greeks made up the word Jesus.

Well, according to the Bible, God is first and foremost the god of the Jews, which makes him the Father of the Jews, so if Jesus was the son of the God, he was the son of the Father of the Jews, which would make him a Jew, no?
